Terms & Conditions
- You must be a current SmartOffice customer with an account in good standing and provide us with the name and phone number of the referred colleague/friend.
- Referred customers must be new SmartOffice users who accept the terms and pricing of a one-year contract.
- Both the current customer and referral will each receive a nonrefundable/non-transferable one month credit, up to $100, which will be applied to both accounts over a 2 month period. Credit amount will not vary depending on the number of users in the referred office and is not transferrable or redeemable for cash. The one-month credit that the referrer receives cannot exceed the one-month credit of the referee.
- Please allow 6 to 8 weeks after acceptance of the new agreement for credits to post to the accounts. Determination of program eligibility and qualifying referrals, as well as any exceptions, are at the sole discretion of Ebix, Inc. Ebix reserves the right to verify and adjust credits at any time prior to or following posting and redemption.
- This promotion may not be combined with any other Ebix offers. Accounts for both the referring customer and the referred colleague/friend must remain active and in good standing, as determined by Ebix in its sole discretion, to receive credits.
- Enterprise accounts/customers not eligible. Ebix reserves the sole right to modify, suspend, or cancel this referral program at any time without notice.
